This sport of H. 'Fortunei Hyacinthina' is a non-registered cultivar from Andi Roozekrans of Washington. It is a medium size,  green leaf hosta heavily streaked with golden yellow and green. Pale lavender flowers that are funnel shaped form on 36 inch tall scapes from late July into August.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...have not seen in a  hosta collection..."
