this cultivar is an
open-pollinated seedling of H. 'Pablo
Picasso'. It is a large size hosta about 20 inches tall
by 30 inches wide and an upright growth habit. The
leaves are dark green with white, green and grey blue
streaked variegation. They are moderately corrugated and
broadly ovate in shape. From June into early July, it
bears near white flowers with very pale lavender shading
followed by viable seeds. The
registration materials state: "...Large heavily
textured leaves with streaks of bright white, dark
green, green and grey blue...white areas are limey green
early before turning bright white in summer..." |
