Concrete or Paved Paths for the Landscape - Concrete, asphalt or similar paving materials are sometimes used in public or private gardens. The surface may be either smooth or worked to give it some rougher texture. As with all paths, the key is to lay a proper foundation to avoid heaving due to winter freezing and thawing.
