Originated by
Thomas Jolliffe
of England, this non-registered cultivar is an
open-pollinated seedling of H. 'Second Wind'. It is an upright, medium to
large size hosta with
dark green foliage that has a creamy white marginal
variegation. The ovate leaves are slightly wavy,
slightly corrugated and slightly folded.
Zonda
is the local name for a wind that blows through the
Andes Mountains in Argentina. |
