There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a fast growing, medium size (12 inches high by 24 inches wide) hosta with green leaves and yellow marginal variegation. This is a sport of H. 'Sultana' and it bears pale lavender flowers in late June into July. 

Elim Hosta Gardens website says, "Sport of Sultana with a lighter margin. Undoubtedly a collector hosta and I like the name."
