Dr. Ed Elslager of Michigan registered this
hybrid of an unnamed seedling of H. 'Dorothy Benedict' × H. 'Maekawa' in 2002. It grows into a large size plant about 26 inches high
with a spread of around 38 inches. The leaves are ovate,
slightly wavy and have thick substance. Very pale lavender, funnel shaped
flowers bloom in July.
According to
The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "Ed named this cultivar in order to have the last cultivar name
on any list (he also has the first, 'A 1-A-Day Delight')."
