This cultivar is a
seedling of H. 'Gray Cole' × H. 'Kifukurin Ubatake' which was registered in 2015 by
Piet de Rooij of the
Netherlands. It is a small size plant about 9 inches
high by 15 inches wide with intensely blue-green foliage
that has golden yellow streaked variegation. The leaves
are ovate, slightly twisted, moderately wavy and dull on
top. Pale lavender flowers bloom from July into August
followed by viable seeds.
