There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be an upright growing, medium size hosta with pointed, intensely blue-green leaves. 

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "I once gave this name to a Heuchera sanguinea seedling...A few of these were probably purchased by Wade & Gatton Nursieres and somehow the label was moved."
