this cultivar is a seedling of

H. 'Queen of the Seas'.
(**For clarity sake, the hostas in
Red are the background of the unnamed pod parent
and the one in Green
is the pollen parent of this cultivar.)
It is a medium size hosta about 18 inches high by 25
inches wide with blue-green foliage that has a yellow
medial (center) variegation which turns to white later
in the season. The leaves are slightly corrugated,
moderately rippled and have strong, striped petioles.
White flowers bloom from mid-June into July on scapes up
to 25 inches tall followed by viable seeds in pods with
purple veining. The
registration materials state: "This medio-variegated
cultivar stands out in the garden with its ruffle edged
leaves and distinctive color pattern. Good substance,
white flowers and easily sets seed. 2022 Best in
