This H. 'Tokudama'-type cultivar was registered by Peter Ruh of Ohio in 1989. It forms a medium size mound of thick, heavily corrugated foliage. The near white flowers bloom in mid-June into July.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...matures as a slug resistant mound...with only slight differences with 'Tokudama'."
