This hybrid of H. 'Christmas Tree' × H. 'Leather Sheen' was originated by Dr. Lloyd (Gil) Jones of Michigan and was registered on his behalf in 2009 by Kevin Walek (Hosta Registrar). The small size mound has dark green leaves with creamy white marginal variegation with some streaking in the center. Its leaves are ovate and dull on top. The tubular shaped flowers bloom in July.
