This fast growing, upright cultivar was registered in 1999 by Dr. Charles Purtymun and J. Hyslop of Walden West Nursery in Oregon and is of unidentified parentage. It is a medium size hosta about 12 inches high by 20 inches wide with dark green foliage. The leaves are slightly rippled and slightly shiny on top. Tubular flowers bloom from August into September on scapes 10 to 13 inches tall followed by dark green seed pods.
