Originated by
Dr. Doug Beilstein and
Mardy Beilstein of Ohio, this cultivar was registered in
2021
as a hybrid of "Beilstein
Seedling U-2-55-1" ×
H. 'Blue Mammoth'. It is an upright growing,
large size (22 inches high by
38 inches wide) hosta with medium green foliage that has
white marginal variegation. The
nearly round leaves are moderately corrugated and
slightly convexly (downward) cupped. It bears near
white, tubular flowers that bloom from June into July
and sets viable seeds.
According to the Registration materials: "The wide white margin makes a
full 'Victory Lap' around this hosta's very round,
corrugated leaves."
