This non-registered
cultivar was introduced by
Jeroen Linneman of the
Netherlands in 2012. It is a medium size seedling of H. 'Sea Prize' ×
H. 'Shining Tot'. The foliage is blue-green and
has thick substance. It bears lavender colored flowers.
According to the originator: "Walkabout refers to
a rite of passage during which male Australian
Aborigines would undergo a journey during adolescence
and live in the wilderness for a period as long as six
months."
