Originated in 2009 by Jeroen Linneman of the Netherlands, this non-registered cultivar is a hybrid of H. pycnophylla. It is a medium size hosta with light yellow-green foliage with white backs and red petioles. It is one of several breeding plants with this background used for the "Valley's" series of hostas.
