this cultivar is a hybrid of an unnamed seedling of
H.
pycnophylla ×
H. 'Queen
of the Seas'. It becomes a large size hosta about 26
inches high by 32 inches wide with medium blue-green
foliage that has heavily wavy margins.
The leaves are
slightly cupped, slightly folded, slightly corrugated
and dull on top. Pale lavender flowers bloom from July
into August but they do not set viable seed. The
registration materials state: "...stays blue a long
time during the growing season"
