There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a miniature size hosta with dark green leaves and very wide white medial (center) variegation with some lighter green streaks. It has H. 'Fortunei Hyacinthina' in its background The foliage is wavy and twisted. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Pieter Klapwijk of Canada.
