Gerardus Heemskerk
of Heemskerk Vaste Planten in the
Netherlands, this cultivar was registered in
2021
as a sport of H. 'Kiwi Spearmint'. It is a fast
growing, medium size (16 inches high by
24 inches wide) hosta with medium to dark green foliage
that has pure white medial (center) variegation. The
lanceolate leaves are slightly wavy. It bears pale
lavender, tubular flowers that bloom from July into
August but does not set seeds.
According to the Registration materials: "Twisted curly leaves of white
centers surrounded by distinctly different shades of
green stripes of varying widths."
