There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the (low quality) photo on the HL website, it appears to be a miniature to small size hosta with blue-green leaves with pale creamy yellow streaked variegation spread through the foliage. The leaves emerge from a single point in the crown. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Madelon Gilligan of New Zealand.
