Registered by Don Dean of Minnesota in 2017, this small size (8 inches high by 16 inches wide) cultivar is a seedling of [(H. 'Astral Bliss' x H. 'Purple Verticulated Elf') × H. 'Chabo Unazuki']. Its foliage is intensely blue-green, heavily rippled, moderately twisted, deeply folded and has a glaucous bloom on top. The petioles are lightly speckled with purple colors. Pale lavender flowers with a mid-rib of mottled medium lavender bloom in August.

The registration materials state: "...Near miniature, extremely compact mound of wavy, folded and twisted, intense blue foliage. Scapes are proportional to mound size."
