This slow growing,
upright cultivar was registered in 2004
by Dr. Ed Elslager of Michigan and is of unidentified parentage (hybrid
of an unnamed, F1 seedling of H. 'Dorothy Benedict ').
It is a large size (20 inches high by 23 inches wide)
hosta with dark blue-green foliage and unstable yellow
streaked variegation. The leaves are nearly round,
moderately cupped, heavily corrugated and slightly shiny
on top. Tubular flowers bloom on scapes up to 29 inches
tall.
