Originated by
K. Desgranges of Germany, this cultivar was registered in
2021
as an open-pollinated seedling of H. 'Kinbotan'. It is a
medium size (16 inches high by
20 inches wide) hosta with greenish yellow foliage that
has medium green with lighter green streaked variegation. The
lanceolate leaves are relatively flat with clearly
visible veins and slightly shiny on top. It bears pale
purple, tubular flowers with stripes that bloom from
July into August
and sets viable seeds.
According to the Registration materials: "Lance shaped green leaves with
wavy yellow margins. Center color is striped with
varying shades of green."
