This cultivar was listed on the MyHostas Database website. Originated by Thomas Ahrens, this non-registered cultivar is a sport of H. 'Domaine de Courson'. The large size mound grows to around 24 inches in height with a width of 58 inches. Its foliage is green with creamy yellow streaked variegation. Lavender flowers bloom from mid-July into August.

There is also a cultivar named H. 'Tropic Thunder'.
