this cultivar is a seedling of an unnamed streaked sport
of H. 'Niagara Falls' × H. 'Empress Wu'.
It is a medium size plant about 12 inches high by 40
inches wide with broadly ovate, green foliage that has a yellow to
white marginal variegation. They are dull on top and
relatively flat overall with a twisted tip. Pale
lavender flowers bloom from late June into July on scapes 28 to 33 inches tall followed by viable seeds. The
registration materials state: "...Heart-shaped
leaves with yellow turning creamy white margins."
