Originated by
Bob Solberg of Green Hill Farm in North Carolina,
this non-registered cultivar is a sport of H. 'Her
Eyes Were Blue'. It is a medium size hosta with very
blue-green foliage that has a "clean" yellow marginal
variegation that turns white as the summer progresses.
The leaves are heavily rippled, slightly serrated,
broadly ovate, slightly cupped, slightly folded, deeply
wavy and heavily corrugated. The leaf tips twist and
curve downwards. Near white flowers bloom
from July into August. It sets viable seeds.
