This is a tissue culture sport of H. 'Joyce
Trott' which was registered by
Mark Zilis of Illinois in 2003 and named by the Northern Illinois Hosta Society.
It is a medium size (14 inches high by 30 inches wide)
plant which has medium green foliage with pale yellow to creamy
white streaked variegation. The leaves are lightly wavy,
ovate, flat and slightly shiny on top. Pale purple,
tubular flowers bloom
from mid-July into August.
According to

Tom Micheletti... it stabilizes to other
forms, e.g., 'Joyce Trott (white-centered) and 'Joyful' (white-margined)."
