this upright growing, giant size (32 inches high by 60
inches wide) cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Elegans' ×
H. 'Satisfaction'. The cultivar is dark green
with slightly rippled margins. Its foliage is slightly
shiny on top, broadly ovate and moderately corrugated.
Medium lavender flowers have alternate white petals with
lavender stripes bloom from late June into July on scapes 30 to 36 inches tall. The
registration materials state: "...This is a
mightily, huge, upright plant with large corrugated
green leaves...darkens a bit as the season progresses."
