this slow growing cultivar is a seedling of H.
montana 'Aureomarginata' ×
H. 'Sunshine Glory'. It is a medium size hosta
about 16 inches high by 30 inches wide with pale yellow
foliage. The ovate shape leaves are slightly wavy and
slightly rippled. Pale lavender flowers with lavender
stripes and translucent margins on alternate petals
bloom in July on scapes 24 to 33 inches tall.
The registration
materials state: "Medium sized clump of pale yellow
leaves with pronounced veins and large flower
clusters...leaves emerge yellow with chartreuse leaf
tips, turning all yellow later."
