this cultivar is an upright growing seedling of H. 'Delta
Dawn' ×
H. 'Brutus'. It is a large size hosta about 20
inches high by 36 inches wide with yellow foliage. The
leaves are slightly cupped, slightly wavy and moderately
corrugated. Pale lavender flowers bloom from late June
into July on scapes 28 to 30 inches tall followed by
viable seeds. The
registration materials state: "Tight clump of
rugose leaves and unusual ruffling for a yellow hosta.
Takes 3/4 sun with no sun burn in my zone 5b/6a
garden." |
