This cultivar was listed on the
MyHostas Database website.
Our guess is that this is a sport of H.
'Tardiflora'. It would have thick, slug resistant
golden-yellow foliage that has streaked variegation. A medium size (12 inches high by 36 inches wide)
hosta, this cultivar has leaves
that are slightly wavy, smooth and very shiny beneath. Its lavender flowers appear
from late September into October and may not have time to mature
to set seed before frost in many northern gardens. |
