Originated by Marco Fransen and Joyce Fransen of Fransen Hostas in the Netherlands this non-registered hosta is a sport of H. 'Swirls'. It is a fast growing, medium size (9 to 11 inches high) hosta with shiny green foliage that has a very irregular yellow streaked variegation pattern. Medium purple flowers bloom from August into September.

According to the Fransen Hostas website, "Sport of ‘Swirls’ that is not as “streaky” as its parent."
