This cultivar was listed on the MyHostas Database website. Originated by Jan van den Top of the Netherlands, this non-registered cultivar is a sport of H. 'Fragrant Bouquet'.  It is a large size (22 inches high by 48 inches wide) plant with golden-yellow leaves. 'Sweet Gold' has large, very pale lavender, fragrant flowers from August into September and usually does not set viable seeds.
