Registered by J.
Kuntz of Illinois in
2018,
this giant size (36 inches tall by 60 inches wide) cultivar is a
sport of H. 'Sum and
Substance'. Its dark green
foliage has a lighter green marginal variegation. The
leaves are nearly round, slightly cupped, moderately
wavy, moderately corrugated and shiny on top. Pale
lavender flowers with slightly darker stripes bloom from
July into August on scapes 36 to 48 inches tall but does
not set seeds.
The registration materials state: "...Seersuckering
and corrugation very evident with leaf lip slightly
cupped. An eye catcher because of the size and rich color
with shiny, very thick rubber-like leaves."
