This cultivar is a hybrid of an unnamed seedling × H. 'Filagree' which was originated by Stan Tylinski and registered by Alex Malloy of New York in 2005. It is a medium size hosta about 12 inches high by 24 inches wide with dark green foliage that has a white marginal variegation. The leaves are broadly ovate, slightly wavy and slightly shiny on top. Fragrant, tubular shaped flowers bloom from mid-July into August in New York.
