this large size (24 inches high by 40 inches wide)
cultivar is a sport of H. 'Winter Snow'.
It has dark green foliage with creamy white marginal
variegation. The leaves are broadly ovate, moderately
corrugated, slightly rippled and slightly shiny on top.
Bell shape flowers bloom from mid-July into August on
scapes 36 to 40 inches tall. According to the registration materials: "...wide margined sport related to
'Sum and
Substance' with a center changing from chartreuse to
dark green...center emerges chartreuse ad turns dark green
by June..."
