Hosta 'Sugar and Spice'

This tissue culture sport of H. 'Invincible' was registered by Mark Zilis of Illinois in 2003. It grows 20 inches high with a spread of 48 inches. The medium to dark green leaves have wide marginal variegation that changes from gold to creamy white over the season. It bears fragrant, pale lavender flowers in August.

In an article in The Hosta Journal (2016 Vol. 47 No 2), the author described this plant's flowers as having a "Weak" fragrance compared to other hostas.
