There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a small size hosta with dark green leaves and creamy white streaked variegation. Some of the leaves have marginal variegation. 

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "The name either represents a new cultivar or is a streaked version of 'Lakeside Keepsake'."
