Dr. Ralph (Herb) Benedict of Michigan registered this self-pollinated seedling of H. 'Holly's Honey' in 1990. It grows to about 18 inches in height with a spread of 36 inches. The dark green foliage is rippled, twisted and has an upturned tip. Medium purple, bell-shaped flowers bloom from mid-July into August.
