There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a small size hosta with dark green leaves and creamy yellow to white marginal variegation.  

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "As it is a Latin term, it cannot be used as a cultivar name. Most likely it refers to another type of plant (a fern?) growing near the white-margined hosta in the Hosta Library photo."
