There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a small size hosta with twisted, contorted blue-green leaves. The lanceolate, slightly wavy foliage has thick substance with wide petioles.  It is a very slow growing sport of H. 'Halcyon' which, according to Fransen Hostas website was originated by Ellen German.
