Originated by Dr. Ralph (Herb) Benedict of Michigan and registered on his behalf by Peter and Jean Ruh of Ohio in 2010, this cultivar is of unidentified parentage but thought to be related to H. ventricosa. A medium size (12 inches high by 23 inches wide) hosta, it has lightly rippled, slightly rippled, shiny green foliage with a twisted tip and reddish petioles.
