There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a small size hosta with narrowly ovate, slightly wavy, dark green leaves. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Jack Goodman of New Jersey. 

There is also a cultivar known as H. 'Goodman's Short Folks'.
