There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a large size hosta with wavy, piecrust light green leaves with white backs. The foliage darkens to blue-green later in the season and has red petioles. It is a seedling of H. hypoleuca × H. pycnophylla which blooms in August. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Kenji Watanabe of Gotemba Nursery in Japan.
