This is a sport of H. 'Funky Monkey' originated by Naylor Creek Nursery of Washington and Marco and Joyce Fransen of Fransen Hostas in the Netherlands. It is a medium size (16 inches tall by 24 inches wide) hosta with leaves that emerge apple-green with a rippled yellow marginal variegation that turns white later in the summer. This very upright plant has purple colored petioles. Pale lavender flowers bloom from August to September followed by viable seeds.

The NH Hostas websited states that it, "...differs from 'Monkey Business' in the colors of the leaf...Very unique hosta with rubbery leaves."
