This hybrid of H. 'Reversed' × H. montana was introduced in 1996 by
Wm and Eleanor Lachman of Massachusetts and registered on their behalf by
Kevin Walek (Hosta Registrar) in 2009. It grows to about 14 inches in height with a spread of 35
inches. The green foliage has streaked, gold colored medial
(center) variegation and it has good substance. Pale lavender
flowers bloom from mid-July into August. According to
The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "If you are a hybridizer, get this hosta! Not only is it
fertile, but it also passes on its incredibly corrugated genes
to its seedlings that may also be variegated."
