This cultivar is a sport of H. 'Regal Rhubarb' is a non-registered hosta from Dr. Ralph (Herb) Benedict of Michigan. It is a large size (26 inches high) mound of vase shaped, green foliage with a narrow white marginal variegation and reddish petioles. Pale purple flowers are borne from late July into August.
