Registered by Don Dean of Minnesota in 2019, this cultivar is an upright growing seedling of (H. 'Astral Bliss' × H. 'Purple Verticulated Elf') × H. 'Deane's Dream'. It is a medium size plant about 16 inches high by 29 inches wide with intensely blue-green foliage with slightly rippled margins.

The leaves are glaucous on top, ovate, moderately wavy and convexly (downward) cupped with petioles that are saturated purple extending nearly to the blade. Pale lavender flowers bloom from late July into August on scapes 21 to 23 inches tall. It sets viable seeds in medium green pods.

The registration materials state: "...Vase shaped clump of intense blue-green leaves have stripes of saturated purple up both sides of the petioles."
