Jerry Hadrava of Iowa originated this non-registered seedling selection. The foliage is medium green, slightly corrugated and shiny on the bottom. It bears pale purple, slightly fragrant flowers in clusters.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "Of the three "Le Pew" Rosedales, 'Rosedale Mama La Pew' is probably the nicest."
