George Rasmussen of New York registered this hybrid of H. 'Flamboyant' × H. venusta in 2001. The small size (6 inches high) plant has ovate-shaped leaves of average substance. Pale purple flowers appear from late June into July.

The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009) notes that it "...can be used as a dwarf specimen in the rock garden or trough."
