this medium size (14 inches high by 30 inches wide) cultivar is a seedling of
(H. 'Grand Slam' × H. 'Party Favor') ×
H. 'Astral Bliss'. It is a medium blue-green hosta with ovate foliage that is serrated at the
margins, slightly folded, slightly corrugated and has
pointed, twisted leaf tips.
Pale lavender flowers with
medium lavender interior centers surrounded by white and
translucent margins bloom in July. The scapes are
blue-green and 20 to 22 inches tall. It sets viable
seeds in blue-green pods. The
registration materials state: "...Medium sized
clump of elongated blue leaves with serrated wavy edges
and white leaf backs. ." |
